I try to conduct my work on what I refer to as "the edge of failure", pushing the envelope of technique to the point where it can, and often does, produce a less than desirable outcome. I consider such outcomes an inevitable consequence of the process and the truest form of learning.

I don't analyze what I do. I just enjoy the solitary nature of creative work in general.
